Optional Online Enrollment is open. Instructions available here. If you enroll online, you do NOT need to schedule an in-person appointment. However, you may be contacted to present certain documents in person at a later date.

Paperwork: Enrollment packets are available for download and printing here or preprinted at any SD113A School Building. Please do not use this packet for 2025-2026 enrollment!

Appointments Appreciated! To make your appointment with the registrar, call 630-257-2286 extension 4617 or email [email protected]. Bring your completed packet along with the required documents to your appointment. The registrar is located at the District Office inside Old Quarry Middle School, 16100 W 127th Street, Lemont, IL 60439. Go to door 1 by the flagpole, ring the bell, and wait for instructions.

Transfer Students: To expedite enrollment, please obtain your student's academic, health, and student services records from their current school and bring them to your appointment. Otherwise, a release of records will be included in your enrollment packet.
