Online Enrollment is open.

Instructions available here. If you enroll online, you do NOT need to schedule an in-person appointment. However, an original birth certificate (not a copy) must be presented in person within 30 days of enrollment online. You may stop by any SD113A during school hours to have the birth certificate examined and copied.

Student health, dental, and eye exam forms are available here.

In-person enrollment is available by appointment only.

Transfer Students:

To expedite enrollment, please obtain your student's academic, health, and student services records from their current school and bring them to your appointment. Otherwise, a release of records will be included in your enrollment packet and records will be requested from the previous school.
